During the winter holidays 2008-2009 I went together with some friends to do some volunteer work in Hedaru, Tanzania. What we experienced there is something I will never forget. The people are wonderful, so full of love and hospitality. And the countryside where we were was such a contrast to how people behaved in the cities. This was the real Africa. Not just people trying to sell you things you don't need. In the cities they stopped you to show you their merchandise. In the countryside, they stopped you to invite you to their homes.
